As MSD’s Customers seek to maximise their business efficiency, as well as enhance their Members’ experience, Emortelle successfully brought some of those ambitions into fruition. The following statistics highlight a few of those accomplishments in between the closing of 2019 into the beginning of 2020
A whopping sixteen (16) Customers completed Emortelle Upgrades to Version 9.1. These customers now benefit from advanced features within both the Members and General Ledgers.
With the introduction of the Mobile App Module, twelve (12) Customers can now boast of providing Members with access to their current, real-time financial data, with the ability to perform transactions in the comfort of their home or office, 24 hours each day.
. Eleven (11) of our Jamaican and St. Lucian Customers successfully implemented the ATM Online Module, which provides the Members of these organizations with yet another convenient way to access their funds.
As organizations continue to seek compliance concerning the Accounting Standard IFRS 9, six (6) more of our customers deployed the IFRS 9 Risk Management Module in their live environment.
MSD’s latest offering; the Emortelle Due Diligence Feature, which makes due diligence, anti-fraud, anti-money laundering and “know your customer” information as compiled by Dow Jones, available directly within the Emortelle System has been implemented by seven (7) new customers with subscriptions in excess of eighty thousand look ups. Our customers understand the importance of this new feature and daily we are receiving requests to demo and implement.
