In keeping with our thrust towards improving our customers' experience we resumed dispatch of our Weekly Tip from Monday July 30th 2018. MSD’s Weekly Tip is an initiative to keep our customers informed of the many attributes and ease of use within our Emortelle Application. It allows users to manoeuvre through quick, concise steps to access beneficial features.

The Weekly Tip is compiled by our Customer Advocacy Department who have first hand interactions with our customers and who are best able to determine the areas of notifications you would need.

We are happy to report that since its re-introduction, our customers have responded extremely well to it and look forward to each release. Our plan is to archive all Weekly Tips in an area accessible to our customers only via your OSS login.
